KNC Nieruchomości – a Definite Leader in Franchising

From September to November this year KNC Nieruchomości has grown by 7 new franchising offices. It appears that climate for the industry has been very good this year and KNC Nieruchomości has been growing to become a definite leader of the franchising market in Poland.

New franchising offices of KNC Nieruchomości will be opened in Zdunska Wola, Gorlice, Jaroslaw, Trzebinia, Rybnik, Białystok and in Lithuania.

Next year KNC Nieruchomości's network of agencies is expected to even more new outlets and the company is planning to focus on the Polish market, but with a view to international expansion too.

Although there are many franchising offers, including some in the real estate industry, a lot of potential franchise holders choose the network of KNC Nieruchomości. Many entrepreneurs are inclined to invest in that business, which is not surprising as joining the network gives you only benefits.

This is how the franchisor describes his offer in KNC Nieruchomości's informational materials: "From the franchise holder's viewpoint the greatest benefits of the franchise business are the brand itself and the business know-how provided by KNC. Instead of learning from their own mistakes, franchise holders are able to draw on our experience. The bottom line is that franchising is one of the safest forms of running a business. Globally, only 15 percent of newly opened franchising points of sale collapse during the first five years of operation, while there are as much as 75 percent of failures among companies not organised under a network.

Our franchising offer means operating according to our well-tried concept, while running your own business at the same time. The franchising system ensures benefits to both parties. License holders can reduce the risk of failure as they follow a proven pattern and can use the well-tried patterns and the KNC brand, which is already popular on the marketplace. Working inside the group brings other benefits too, because KNC keeps developing new services, runs training courses, provides office supplies within the network at cheaper rates, and invests in advertising – all the things that franchise holders would not be able to do on their own, and at such a small cost.

So what is franchise holder's interest in joining the system? Investment in a proven business reduces the risk of failure. Franchise holder obtains the right to run his own business under a popular brand and on conditions agreed on with the franchisor. In that way they can take over the well-developed standards and sell services customers are familiar with. So the benefit is mutual.
