A new franchising branch office of KNC will open in Sofia in August. It will be another overseas outlet of that valued and appreciated real estate agency. As the country's capital, Sofia is one of the most developed cities in Bulgaria and is the centre of cultural and political life, with a climate that favours doing business.

One-Touch Relocation Services has been successfully operating on the Bulgarian market for many years and by entering into partnership with KNC the company plans to extend its business operations. KNC, on the other hand, is aware that Bulgaria is one of the most quickly developing tourist markets in Europe and would like to add real estate listings from that country to its portfolio, especially as after Bulgaria's accession to the EU investment in real estate there has become one of the best investments that can be made.
