In return for the license to use our logo and proven operational methods we expect franchise holders to pay a monthly fee in the amount of only 5 percent of their gross receipts (but not less than PLN 1,000.00 a month). This is the lowest and most profitable franchising fee out of all Polish real estate agencies.

Until the end of 2011 we will not charge license fee for joining our network!

In 2012 the license fee will be PLN 12,000.

There is one thing a person joining our company must absolutely comply with, and it is the developed standards that are in place at our company. Threatening as it may seem, in fact it is a very easy thing to do and it only brings benefits such as positive image and efficient management. For example, we require that a branch office should meet the standards in place at our network, such as that it must consist of at least two rooms intended for work and be located in a building that is situated along a main route of pedestrian or transportation traffic. We also expect the office to be open on all business days for at least eight hours a day. We have some strictly defined procedures, policies for the sale of services, document flow and standardised forms as well. However, in case of any problems or vagueness we offer franchise holders our advice and assistance in conforming to our policies over the entire period of our co-operation.

Furthermore, we expect franchise holder to use his or her best efforts to develop the franchising business and maintain a uniform image and reputation of our network, and to make available verifiable operational data to make it easier for us to determine how his or her business is growing. We also require franchise holder to provide us and our representatives with access to his or her premises and documentation, on our request.

During the term of the agreement and after its expiry franchise holder is not authorised to disclose know-how obtained from franchisor to third parties.
